We offer amazing services and charge competitive commissions. No franchise fees or transaction fees to pay at New Home Nation. Our fees are deducted from your proceeds at closing.
Is Your Real Estate Professional a Salesperson or Broker?
In Nevada there are three types of real estate licensees. In order to become a Salesperson, one must take education, pass exams and take additional education after they pass their exams. Further, there are required continuing education requirements to maintain their license. To become a Broker, there are expanded and additional experience, and/or college education credits, continuing education requirements, as well as a Broker test. Salespersons and Broker-Salespersons work for Brokers. Did your agent make the extra effort, gain the required experience and/or education and pass the Broker exam to become a Broker-Salesperson or Broker? At New Home Nation, you will work directly with our Broker.
