Terms and Conditions. This offer is limited to those who purchase a new home, in Nevada, between March 15, 2026 and June 30, 2026. You will be required to enter into a buyer brokerage agreement and receive additional disclosures, that, among other items, will delineate our business arrangement and other terms and conditions. You will be a client of New Home Nation ("NHN" - a Trade Name of The Northern Group LLC - a NV Series LLC). You will be required to be accompanied by an NHN agent on your first contact / or visit of the builder/community you are interested in. In the event you do make contact with the builder/community without being accompanied by an NHN agent, then this offer will not be valid. NHN will also be present at the time you enter into a purchase agreement. Homebuilders are very strict in their procedures and will not compensate a broker unless their process is followed. Notwithstanding the foregoing, NHN will not pay you until and unless NHN is paid a commission related to your purchase of a new home. This offer will not be valid if you are currently a party to another agreement with a real estate broker in Nevada.
